## How the privacy works

EasyAccess, Quantum Privacy and Proof of Trust allow the Exchange to minimize or eliminate technical, regulatory, contractual, and trust barriers to accessing and reconnecting personal, proprietary, and regulated resources (data, digital content, apps, user engagement, computing infrastructure, brands, policy governance, contractual rights, etc.), allowing them to be safely pooled, re-processed, and re-used at zero-marginal cost on a global scale.

## What participants get

The Exchange will enable Privacy Networks that are freely available to any individuals or enterprises, giving them unprecedented privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance; personal productivity and end-to-end process optimization; and a share of the incremental revenue, value-added resources, and "network equity" derived from their Personal and Enterprise Privacy Networks via EasyAccess Rewards and Exchange Tokens.

## Who’s in the network

The Accelerator will establish a global network of venture funds, strategic partners, institutional investors, investment banks, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, government agencies, academic institutions, philanthropic organizations, accounting & audit firms, IT & management consultants, industry consortia, non-profits, etc. This will establish a critical mass of resources, expertise, ecosystem participation, and funding to rapidly incubate and deploy a trustworthy Privacy Network Exchange.

## Where to invest

Accelerator participants will identify and develop EP3 Initiatives and investment opportunities, giving enterprises and capital sources the opportunity to partner and invest on mutually agreed-upon terms. This will allow the Privacy Network to grow, diversify, and operate across diverse markets, geographies, and regulatory jurisdiction, enabling decentralized development, ownership, and trustworthy privacy-preserving governance.
